Mihi Merino can process payments in the following currencies: New Zealand dollars (NZD), Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD). You can select the currency of your choice from the currency selector in the top right. All prices will then be displayed in this currency and will be clearly indicated both in prices displayed and at checkout.

Payment Security

All payment are processed vis secure socket layers (SSL), and every measure is taken to ensure the security of your payment information.

 

Returns

 

Please let us know if you have ordered goods that are not correct.

 

Mihi Merino will accept the return of goods provide they are unworn, are in neatly folded condition with the original tags attached within 21 days from the original dispatch date on the packing slip. Please include packing slip with returned goods and we will replace your goods and charge only postage. If goods are not available we will refund the purchase price (less postage) using the original payment method.

 

Ensure goods are correctly packaged clearly state the reason for return of goods and your preferred remedy. Goods remain the property of the customer until receipt of goods by Mihi Merino so we advise you to have proof of postage on returns.
